Brands are focused on selling to consumers - but what about selling to retailers? In this session, Kristi Stevens, Marketing Operations and Communications Manager at BioZyme Incorporated, will share how BioZyme transitioned their marketing strategy from pull-through marketing to a focus on retailer satisfaction and enablement. In their words - treating the retailer as a customer. With these brand supported efforts, retailers are prepared and educated about BioZyme products so consumers experience a seamless transition from online promotions to in-store knowledge. Kristi will share how BioZyme found ways to turn their retailers into their strongest ambassadors while also helping them to strengthen their businesses along the way.
Kristi uses her marketing skills and business savvy as the BioZyme's® Marketing Project Manager. She manages the many internal and external communications pieces for BioZyme® while planning programs and events. She showed sheep and goats through FFA in high school at Waxahachie, Texas, which led her to pursue a degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University.
Prior to joining BioZyme, she worked for Encore Visions, managing multiple projects for multiple clients, including the many product lines of BioZyme.
Kristi and her husband, Tell, have two children, Addison and Tylan. She enjoys reading and sharing a love of books with her kids.
