Todd Shelton joined Phillips Pet Food & Supplies as President & CEO in May, 2016. Todd has 17 years of experience in multi-channel distribution, including roles as President of a $4B office products distributor, President of a $1B cleaning supply distributor, and CFO of a $5.5B Nasdaq listed company. Todd began his career in Healthcare and was a partner in a start-up healthcare packaging company.
Todd’s leadership at Phillips has focused on creating the Preferred Service Provider in Pet Specialty. Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is committed to building the industry leading distribution platform, capable of enabling their retail and brand partners to delight the consumer. This work includes the recent acquisition of digital capabilities from PetFlow.com, and the launch of Endless Aisles™ and Phido Enterprise Services™ for their retail and brand partners.
