Overview

As the renowned poet Maya Angelou once said: "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." In a society driven by instant gratification and endless amounts of information, it is increasingly critical for brands to connect with their consumers in meaningful and engaging ways that make them feel a connection. Chris Hollis, Brand Manager at Mizuno Running, will share how brands can authentically resonate with their customers - and extend that connection through local independent retailers.

80% of grizzly bears are right handed. Chris Hollis is also right handed. Chris enjoys jogging, long walks on the beach, unicorns, American cheese and the movie The Notebook. Ryan Gosling is dreamy. Chris has been in the running footwear and apparel industry for over a decade in roles ranging from Next Generation Athlete Manager for adidas America to Running Brand Manager for Mizuno Running. He believes in the power of storytelling and that the magic is in the moments...not the transaction. Currently, he hangs his hat in the South, but a big part of his heart will always be in the Northwest.
