The reality is that consumers expect an enhanced experience when they step into a brick and mortar retail store. The shopping expectation has shifted over the years with the rise of social media and online retailers. Consumers have products and brand information at the tip of their fingers. What makes their journey to a store exciting? What makes this experience different than digital or shopping online? How do we support retailers in crafting, promoting and executing these experiences?
In this session, attendees will dig deeper into this shift of consumer demand for experience and explore various ways that brands can support wholesale partners in maximizing in-store events. Included in this session will be real-life examples of OluKai in-store events and marketing tactics
