Communications and Grant Program Manager at The Conservation Alliance
Josie Norris is the Communications and Grant Program Manager at The Conservation Alliance, an organization that works with businesses to protect wild places across North America for their habitat and recreation values. Prior to joining The Conservation Alliance in 2014, Josie spent ten years working for Patagonia and Nau, two environmentally and socially responsible brands in the outdoor industry. While at Nau she led e-commerce and the corporate giving program. She currently serves on the Adventure Travel Conservation Fund board, a new NGO focused on conserving resources to allow sustainable adventure tourism to grow. People often call her a “connector” because she is passionate about bringing people together- whether it’s to rally them around a cause or to create connections within a community. In her spare time, you’ll find her trail running, searching for new music or preparing for her next adventure.
